Giuseppe, the founder of Ledcon, has more than 25 years’ experience in the Healthcare and LifeScience sector in national and international context and, across the years, he has built a unique network of relationships with key players and decision makers.
Giuseppe has a wide experience in complex M&A transactions and, thanks to a in-depth knowledge of the sector’s operations, he is able to provide a complete advisory support to entrepreneurs, companies and investors.
Prior to founding Ledcon, from 2007 to 2018 Giuseppe was in key executive roles in Affidea, being the Western Europe Vice President and a member of the Executive Committee, involved also in extraordinary finance transactions of the Group. From 1992 to 1997 he was Finance Manager in Montedison Group and from 1997 to 2005 he was CEO at San Donato Hospital Group.
He is currently Adjunct Professor of Business Administration and Business Management | Department of Management and Technology at the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan.
